We at PortFi are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a PortFi EV Charger, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our PortFi Support at support@portfi.biz, and provide your order number and device serial number (on the box and on the side of the unit) in order to obtain a return label.
Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original and new condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the product for another item of equal value. Please note that an additional fee at the discretion of PortFi may apply if the returned product is not in its original and new condition.
Our 30-day return policy applies only to products purchased directly from PortFi Online Store. If you purchased your PortFi EV Charger from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
